          How do I earn points?

          Here’s how to earn points on bobbibrown.com:

          • 1 point for every dollar you spend*
          • 10 points for every review you write
          • 20 points for every order you place through auto-replenishment
          *Purchases made with an eGift Card are not eligible for points.

          What are the tiers?

          As you earn more points, you enter higher tiers with greater rewards. (See the Member Rewards & Perks section above for details.)

          • Fan: 0–199 points
          • Enthusiast: 200–599 points
          • Loyalist: 600+ points

          How do I redeem rewards?

          At certain point totals, you can choose a reward to redeem with purchase.

          • At 200 points: 1 deluxe sample
          • At 400 points: 1 set or full-size product

          Do my points expire?

          Yes. Each year on the date you joined BB Access, your points reset to 0. But don’t worry—you stay in the tier you reached the previous year and keep those related perks.
